In 2019 I took my bachelor’s degree in Law at the Universiteit Utrecht. During my bachelor studies I worked for organisations like Stichting Acta Rechtshulp, a foundation of student volunteers providing affordable legal aid, and I was a trainee at a private law firm.

My interest in personal injury cases developed as a result of the various subjects I took during my studies and traineeship. I wanted to commit myself to victim cases, considering the huge impact of personal injury on people’s daily lives. This was sufficient motivation for me to attend a master course in private law, including a specialist track in liability law at the Universiteit Utrecht. I took my master’s degree in February 2021.

I started working as a full-time legal assistant at Elfi Letselschade Advocaat on 1 May 2021. Here I can deploy my specialization to provide counsel in personal injury cases. I do this by supporting our lawyers during their work.
